We encourage that you go over this information thoroughly with your camper before coming to camp!

GENERAL INFORMATION

A CAMP WEEK: Each week of camp registration begins at 2 p.m. on Monday and closes at 9 a.m. on the following Saturday. Please pick up campers at that time.

COST: 2008 prices are: $150.00 per week. If you pre-register at least two weeks* before camp by sending $40.00 with your registration form, you save $20.00 off the total cost. (*registration MUST be post marked at least two weeks in advance to receive discount.)

FAMILY RATES: 2008 prices are:First camper full price, $150.00; second camper, $145.00; third camper, $140.00 and continue to deduct $5.00 for each additional camper. (Pre-registration discount also applies)

CAMP RATES are designed to cover only expenses of operation such as: lodging, meals, regular camp insurance, (as required by the State of Colorado), speakers, electricity and etc.

FREE WEEK OF CAMP: Is awarded to the camper that brings four campers who did not attend camp last year.

TO MOM & DAD: Our staff at Twin Peaks Bible Camp considers it a rich privilege and a serious responsibility to have your child with us in our camping program. We accept the trust you place in us with a commitment to provide each camper with an experience that will be significant for years to come.

Utmost care is taken to protect the health of your child. A nurse is on hand at all times and a doctor is near by in case of emergencies or illness. We are licensed by the State of Colorado and take great pride in meeting each requirement set by the State.

Competent counselors and staff are carefully selected and supervised to provide a positive contribution to each camper.

LOCATION: Camp is located at an elevation of 8,000 feet on the side of Grand Mesa. Grand Mesa has 300 alpine lakes in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Western Colorado and also provides excellent hiking, fishing and camping in extraordinary scenery. Colorado 330 leads to Collbran and camp is located seven miles south on the county road which leads to Bonham Reservoir.

RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE AND PARTICIPATION: Camp is open to all regardless of race, color, national origin, age, or handicap.

WHAT TO BRING: Bible, notebook, pencil, towels, soap, sleeping bag or blankets, sheets, pillow, jacket, sweater, recreation equipment, musical instrument.

MONEY: Bring money for registration, snack shop, crafts and offerings. All monies will be deposited in the Camp Bank, and at the end of the week refunds will be returned to the campers. Campers will be responsible for their possessions. Campers will be able to purchase soft drinks, candy and various items at the snack shop, and a variety of craft projects during camp.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: Radios, tape decks, CD players, comic books, etc.

DRESS FOR CAMP: Clothes appropriate for the occasion and modest in keeping with a Christian testimony are expected. (No tanktops or mid-drifts) Campers are advised to bring nice clothes for evening chapel and banquet night.

STANDARDS, REGULATIONS AND RULES: These are necessary for the health and safety of the campers and our Christian testimony. By virtue of attendance, the camper agrees to abide by these regulations.
